Moran USA, LLC Shipping Policy

Shipping is not free.

Those companies who advertise “free shipping” have already built the cost of shipping, usually with a profit, into the cost of the goods.

Moran USA ships most orders via FedEx Ground.

Please read further for details on very large orders or those going to AK and HI.

Your shipping charge is determined by the dimensions of the package(s), the weight, and the zip code to which your order is delivered. Because our customers are located all over the US, we feel the fairest way to cover shipping is to charge our customers what it costs us. We give you the benefit of our volume discounts with all our carriers.

Because of the great diversity of zip codes, and the endless variety of items and number of boxes that could make up an order, we cannot determine a shipping charge until the order is actually weighed and measured and entered into our shipping computers. This is why we cannot give you a shipping total when you place an order on our website.

We charge for shipping backordered items unless the item is so small that it would not have significantly changed the weight of the shipment had it been included in the original order.

For large orders, our warehouse automatically compares the cost of shipping via FedEx to shipping via common carrier. We would then call you to give you your choice of shipping methods.

For AK and HI, we ship USPS Priority Mail unless otherwise directed.
