Am I an existing customer?
Please call 800-486-6726 and we will be happy to give you your customer number. Or, find your number on the back of your catalog above your address. You may also use your e-mail address to access your account.
What is my customer number?
If you have purchased from Moran USA within the past 2 years, your customer number will be printed on the back page of your catalog, above your address.
You can also find your customer number on invoices and packing slips.
When will my order be shipped?
We make every effort to ship by the next business day. However, during holiday rush, orders will be shipped as soon as possible in the order in which they are received.
What is my shipping charge?
We ship via UPS ground. Our warehouse personnel pack each order to obtain the lowest possible freight rate. To insure an accurate charge, freight is calculated on the actual weight, dimensions and distance traveled, then added to your order at the time of shipping.
How do you ship to AK and HI?
For the best shipping rate to Alaska and Hawaii, orders are shipped via the US Postal Service. Please specify whether you want Priority Mail or regular mail.
How will this order appear on my credit card?
You will see two charges to your credit card. One charge will be for the goods shipped and the other will be for the shipping once it is calculated at the time of shipment. Please see "What is my shipping charge?"
What credit cards are accepted?
We accept American Express, Visa, Master Card and Discover.
How do I return an item?
Please phone (800) 486-6726 Please call us at 800-486-6726 to request a return authorization number. You must notify us of your intent to return items within 7 days of delivery, and items must be returned within 30 days of sale. Returns may be subject to a restocking charge. Food products are not returnable.
What about goods damaged in transit?
Please keep all packaging! UPS will not consider any claim where the packaging, as well as the goods, is not available for inspection. Call us immediately at 800-486-6726 so we may help you resolve issues with damaged goods.
What about back orders?
We do not charge for back orders until they are shipped. Shipping charges apply to back ordered items only when those items would have had to have been shipped in their own box originally. If a long time has passed before a back ordered item is restocked, we call you to be sure you still want the item.
